Course Description for Yoga Classes
Gentle Yoga: Stretches and Holds mostly done on the floor. It may include breath work and short meditation. A perfect class for beginners and those who experience a lot of stress in their everyday life. Beginners
Yin Yoga: A quiet practice that provides an opportunity to slow down and deeply connect to your body and spirit. consists of long-held floor postures to stimulate energy movement & circulation in around our joints. You will leave feeling centred, stretched out and revitalized. All Levels
Yin Flow: Incorporates gentle flowing movements to warm up the body and then Yin poses with Massage Adjustments - personalized for each students and restorative poses. A fun and gentle class good for any level. All Levels
Hatha Yoga: this class is for those who are fairly new to the practice but it is also open to all levels. We will focus on building stretngth and flexibility while exploring some of the basic yoga postures. All Levels
Vinyassa Flow class with Yin finish:In this class we will be flowing at a moderate pace through a variety of active postures focusing on synchronizing breath and movement. We will gradually slow down the pace and move to the floor to finish in the quiet and meditative practice of Yin Yoga. Some Experience
BELLYFIT FLOW™ : This unique class amalgamates elements of yoga flow with ethnic movement including belly dance, African dance, and Indian dance, as well as Qi Gong and meditation. Bellyfit Flow™ inspires women to connect with their bodies, minds and spirits through a rhythmic flow of movement. The creative sequencing is designed to explore balance, strength and flexibility. Exclusive music mixes from local Victoria DJ Rowan are inspired by tribal, electronic, and trance genres, and create a distinctive vibe. All Levels
