Coming to Victoria
Victoria is the capital city of British Columbia and is on the south coast of Vancouver Island.
Victoria was named after Queen Victoria and some people say that it is more British than Brittan. There are many places that still serve high tea,, my favorite is to wander around Butchart Gardens and then go for High Tea. Makes for a very lovely day.
Victoria is surrounded by the ocean and has a view of the mountains, it is a very wonderful place to visit and take a class.
Victoria is a walking/biking friendly city, and we also have some of the most beautiful gardens. If you are coming to take a class with Metta in Motion you might want to stay a few extra days and take in all that Victoria has to offer:
Walk through an ancient rain forest Go whale watching Tour a Victorian era castle Take a trip to the museums and galleries Hike the west coast trail
Now that your class is over you might want to just relax, breath in the clean ocean air and absorb all the Metta from your class.
